The Blizzcon Diablo content over the past 5 years has been announcements for 2 ports, 1 character and a new mobile game. I think the reality is that the content has been extremely lackluster, and that's why so many fans have moved on to PoE/Grimdawn. A new D3 expansion or D2 Remastered would have set the crowd off, and none of this would've happened.ĮDIT: Like, if you aren't a huge Diablo fan, you might assume "Blizzard is a legendary developer, they must've given them tons of content. This year they said it would be a big year for Diablo. Last year's Blizzcon had nothing in the way of Diablo.
We were asking for DLC, and in lieu of that we asked for modern features. What Diablo players wanted was something else to spend their money on.
